AI Automation: common questions
Which automation platform do you use?
Mainly n8n, which suits complex workflows and can be self-hosted for sensitive data. We also use Make and Zapier when they fit your volume, budget and team better.
Is AI used to reply to customers automatically?
Only where you want it to. By default AI drafts replies or summaries for a person to review; fully automatic replies are used for simple, low-risk messages such as confirmations and booking links.
Can you automate document processing?
Yes. Workflows can read invoices, forms, applications and contracts, extract the fields you need, check them against your rules and send them to the right system, with a person reviewing anything the AI is unsure about.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every workflow has error alerts, retries and logging, so failures are flagged immediately and nothing is lost silently. We also provide a runbook for common fixes.
Is our customer data safe?
We use the minimum data each workflow needs, keep credentials in the platforms' secure stores and follow your data protection requirements. For sensitive data we can self-host n8n on your infrastructure.
Do we need technical staff to maintain the automations?
No. Workflows are documented with a runbook, monitored with alerts and built so a non-developer can make routine changes. We also offer ongoing support.
