Strategy

Digital marketing strategy that tells you exactly where to grow next

We find the one constraint holding growth back, then build a 90-day plan, budget split and measurement framework around it.

Strategy that starts with your numbers, not a template

Most marketing plans fail for a simple reason: they are lists of tactics rather than decisions. A strategy decides who you are trying to win, what you will say to them, which channels will carry that message and how much each channel is allowed to spend before it has to prove itself.

Nexomark starts with your data. We review analytics, ad accounts, CRM records, search visibility and the customer journey on your website, then interview the people who sell and deliver. The output is not a 60-page deck. It is a short, prioritised plan that names the biggest constraint on growth, the experiments that will test it and the targets that tell everyone whether it is working.

Because the same team can execute the plan, the strategy stays honest. Every recommendation has to be something we would be willing to run and be measured on.

Who it is for

Founders and marketing leads who are spending on several channels without a clear picture of what works, companies preparing to scale budget, and teams that need an outside view before hiring.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Busy but not growing

You are active on several channels, yet revenue and pipeline stay flat and nobody can say which activity actually moves them.

No single source of truth

Analytics, ad platforms and the CRM all report different numbers, so budget decisions come down to opinion.

Budget spread too thin

A little money on every channel means none of them gets enough to learn, so everything looks like it does not work.

Unclear positioning

Your offer sounds like every competitor, so you end up competing on price.

FAQ

Digital Marketing Strategy: common questions

What is included in a digital marketing strategy?

An audit of your current marketing and tracking, research into customers and competitors, positioning and messaging, a channel mix and budget model, and a 90-day plan with owners and targets. You also get a dashboard so progress is visible from day one.

How long does it take to build the strategy?

Usually about four weeks from access to the final 90-day plan, depending on how quickly we can get data access and time with your team.

Do we have to hire you to execute it?

No. The plan is written so your in-house team or another partner can run it. Many clients do ask us to execute part or all of it, because the people who wrote the plan already know it.

What if our tracking is broken?

That is common, and fixing it is usually the first item in the plan. Strategy built on wrong numbers is worse than no strategy.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes. Strategy is often most useful as an independent view. We can build the plan and hand it to your current partners, or coordinate with them on execution.
