We use what Shopify already offers - sales channels, customer data, creator tools and automations - to win more first orders and bring customers back for the next one.
Shopify gives store owners a lot out of the box: sales channels for Google and YouTube, Meta and TikTok, built-in email and SMS through Shopify Messaging, automation with Shopify Flow, creator tools and a huge app ecosystem. Most stores use only a fraction of it, while a pile of half-used apps slows the storefront down.
We start with the store itself. Shopify SEO has its quirks – collection-based product URLs that create duplicates, thin collection pages, theme code that hides content from search engines – so we fix the structure, write collection and product content that answers buyers’ questions and add structured data that helps your products appear richly in search. We remove apps you no longer need, tune the theme for speed and improve product pages and the path to checkout.
Then we connect the growth channels: clean product feeds through the Google & YouTube channel, catalogue ads on Meta and TikTok, Shopify Collabs for creator and affiliate programmes, and retention flows in Shopify Messaging or Klaviyo, coordinated with Shopify Flow. For Shopify Plus brands we also use Plus tools such as Shopify Audiences where the store is eligible. Store builds, theme changes and migrations are handled by the same team, so marketing never waits on development.
Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, brands moving to Shopify from another platform, and store owners who want an expert team running marketing on the platform they already use.
Problems we solve
Apps added over the years slow the store down and duplicate features Shopify now includes.
Thin collection pages and duplicate product URLs keep you off the first page for category searches.
Google, Meta or TikTok channels were connected once, but the feeds are full of errors and nobody manages them.
Campaigns go out, but welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows are missing or out of date.

FAQ
Yes. We build custom Shopify themes or adapt quality themes, migrate stores from other platforms and set up apps, payments, tracking and sales channels, with redirects so you keep the search rankings you already have.
Not usually. Most of this work runs on standard plans. Plus becomes worthwhile at higher volumes or when you need features such as Shopify Audiences, deeper checkout customisation or several stores, and we will tell you honestly when that point arrives.
Yes. We optimise existing themes and only recommend a rebuild when the theme itself limits speed, SEO or conversion.
Yes, with some care. Shopify handles the basics well, but duplicate product URLs, thin collection pages and code injected by apps are common problems. We fix those and build content that helps collections and products rank.
We direct product and lifestyle shoots and produce UGC-style video, or brief your photographer so assets work for the store and for ads.
